FOR AMAZON SELLERS · DON'T LET AMAZON REWRITE YOUR TITLES
On July 27, Amazon Rewrites Your Product Titles. Not You.
From July 27, 2026, Amazon automatically cuts every product title over 75 characters — with no say from you. Your keywords, your ranking, your sales are on the line. LATO rewrites your titles to fit the new limit: every buying keyword kept, fully compliant, with the new 125-character Item Highlights field turned into extra selling space. You decide how your title reads — before Amazon does.

Orders close July 25, 23:59 CEST (Germany time).

to Your Title
First, what Amazon does to a long title.
Then, what LATO does instead — same product, every keyword kept.
What Changes on July 27, 2026
Amazon's new title policy is not a suggestion. It applies to every active listing — automatically.
Titles Capped at 75 Characters
Every product title longer than 75 characters (brand included) gets cut. No warning, no opt-out.
New "Item Highlights" Field — 125 Characters
Amazon adds a separate 125-character field. Used right, it's free selling space. Ignored, it's wasted.
Amazon Rewrites It For You
Don't act, and Amazon's system decides what stays and what gets dropped — keywords included.
What a Cut Title Actually Costs You
Search terms cut from your title stop working. Listings that ranked for them slide down — or disappear from results.
A title cut mid-word looks broken. Shoppers scroll past it. Lower click-through means lower sales — and Amazon ranks you even lower.
Brand, size, and model get separated or dropped. The clean listing you built now reads like a glitch.
You lose control over how your own product is presented — to an automated system that doesn't know which words matter.
LATO Doesn't Just Cut.
It Rewrites — and Keeps What Sells.
Anyone can chop a title at 75 characters and lose half their keywords. We rewrite it — shorter words, better order, stronger phrasing — so it fits the limit with every buying keyword still working.
Nothing that helps you rank gets dropped. We trim the redundant words, not the ones shoppers search for.
Long words swapped for shorter synonyms, weak phrasing tightened, the most important terms moved to the front — where Amazon weighs them most.
We don't leave Item Highlights empty. The overflow becomes a second selling surface — extra space to convert, not just to comply.
The result follows Amazon's title rules to the letter. No banned words, no CAPS, no symbols — and if your current title has them, we strip them out.
Same product. Same price whether we optimize or play it safe.
Your call — every ranking keyword stays either way.
How It Works — Three Steps, Most of the Work Is Ours
You send us your products and give access.
We do the rewriting.
You get clean, compliant titles back — ready to upload.
STEP ONE
Pick your SKU range, pay, and share your product list (a simple sheet). Tell us your marketplace and whether you want Optimize or Safe.
STEP TWO
We split and rewrite each title to fit 75 characters, fill the 125-char Item Highlights field, keep every buying keyword, and strip anything non-compliant.
STEP THREE
Delivered in 3 to 7 business days depending on volume. Clean, compliant, ready to paste into Seller Central.
Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know before you order. Still unsure? Email service@netanaliza.com.
1. What exactly do I get?
A clean, ready-to-upload sheet with every product title rewritten to fit Amazon's new 75-character limit, plus the matching 125-character Item Highlights field. Every buying keyword kept, fully compliant. If you've given us access, we upload it for you; if not, you upload the finished file yourself.
2. Do you need access to my Amazon account?
To upload for you, yes — either user permission in Seller Central or SP-API authorization. But it's optional. Without access, you still receive the finished file and paste it into Seller Central yourself. Either way, the work is the same.
3. Will I lose any keywords or ranking?
No. That's the whole point. We don't chop the title — we rewrite it so every search term that helps you rank stays in. We only trim redundant words, never the ones shoppers actually search for.
4. What's the difference between Optimize and Safe?
Same price, your choice. Safe keeps your exact words and only splits them to fit the limits. Optimize rewrites for better search — shorter synonyms, stronger order, key terms up front. Both keep every keyword and both are fully compliant.
5. How long does it take?
3 to 7 business days depending on your catalog size (Sundays excluded), counted from the moment we have payment, access, and your product sheet. Up to 150 SKUs: 3 days. Up to 1,500: 5 days. Up to 5,000: 7 days. All finished well before July 27.
6. What if Amazon rejects a listing for another reason?
LATO works on the title and Item Highlights only. If Amazon blocks a listing for something unrelated — Brand Registry, catalog status, category restrictions, platform errors — that's outside the title gate and stays on your side (or we quote it separately). What we deliver is title-compliant.
7. Can I get a refund?
No. This is done-for-you work — once we rewrite your titles, the work is delivered. That's why we're upfront before you order: you pay, send your product data, and grant access (or upload the file yourself). No surprises.
8. What do I need to start?
Three things: your payment, your product list (a simple sheet — we'll send the format), and either account access or your decision to upload yourself. After payment, you'll get a short Google form to send everything over.
